Michael Krasnerman
President and CEO
Michael Krasnerman is the CEO of AllFinancial Group LLC, a vertically integrated life settlement company. In addition, Michael has over 30 years of experience as a top life insurance producer and is a member of MDRT, AALU, NAIFA and International Forum. Michael has been a pioneer since the inception of life settlements and has managed the origination of $4 billion in insurance; invested $170 million of capital; traded out $750 million in face value; and has access to a low cost $135 million credit facility with DZ Bank. AllFinancial co-invests with investors and has consistently produced outstanding investment returns. Previously, from 1991 to 1998, Michael was the CEO of Internet Trade Capital, a commodities trading firm.
Alan Goldberger
CFO
Mr. Goldberger has been a certified public accountant for over 20 years. He has provided his clients with accounting and tax services and assisted the management team with the financial insight they need in order to make key decisions based on current and forecasted financial information. His practice consists of a diversified clientele which are in the wholesale, real estate, legal, medical, franchising and professional service industries. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The Bernard M. Baruch College, The City University of New York. Mr. Goldberger is responsible for managing the financial and administrative affairs of the Company including debt and equity financings.
